Cuisine is a strong point at the Hotel Augustus in Montegrotto Terme.

Our chef, Paolo Rigato, a member of the Italian Chef Association, and his team of awarded chefs will accompany your stay with their creations.

Your day couldn’t have a better start once you reach the terrace on the first floor. 

There you will find the restaurant room with our breakfast buffet, a warm and luminous room filled with delicious scents and superb dishes that will welcome you.

You can start with flaky croissants and other temptations, various types of bread, jams and cereals or with a selection of savory dishes, fresh cheeses and eggs cooked in different ways.

Lunch and dinner are served in the large restaurant room on the ground floor.

A rich buffet always provides hot and cold starters and salads, the menu à la carte offers four or five different types of first courses and main courses, and a selection of cheeses and a buffet of homemade puddings always complete the meals.

We also organize romantic candlelight gala dinners or theme nights.

The dishes are inspired by local Venetian cuisine and Euganean Hills cuisine because our chef prefers using fresh and seasonal products from the area.

Italian cuisine is always present as well but it is interpreted with creative and modern touches.

Our focus is on health so that your holiday will result in a real wellbeing stay both for your mind and body.

The bar is the place where you can stay for a coffee break, an aperitif or just for getting some relaxation after dinner. We also organize events such as piano bar, dancing and live music.
